This product is offered exclusively by the Internet and shipped free domestically, via USPS Priority Mail including U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses and PO Boxes.

We also ship to certain countries accepted from the drop-down list at checkout via USPS First Class International Mail. The international shipping cost is of USD34.00. If taxes are applicable in the destination country these charges will be at customer expense.

We ship the following business day of payment received in discrete packages, with a tracking number provided to you. We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources or content.

Return and refund policy

Due to the intimate nature of our products, all items must be in their unopened original packaging to be eligible for return. Bear in mind these conditions before making a purchase on our website. 

If your are not completely satisfied with your Ez-Jelq purchase and you are within our return policy guidelines, please return it for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

Returns require a Return Autorization before the return can be processed. Please contact us with your name, address, and order number to request a Return Autorization before shipping back your item.

Please note that that every product is tested by our quality control system before shipping, they are proudly made in America, and shipped with a tracking number provided to you. However, if your product is defective or damaged upon receipt, the buyer should report the defect/damage to ezjelq.info@gmail.com us within 14 days of receipt, including buyer name and order number, to make arrangements for an exchange. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost of a presumably faulty item. This charges may be refunded after we received the product and confirm is defective. We will send a replacement at our expense. Note: A defective item is not an item physically damaged or broken product by misuse or mishandling.
